My name is Fen Zhang. I received my PhD in Psychology from Ghent University in 2020, using the neuroimaging technique functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to study brain development in infants at high risk for autism. After my PhD study, I had two years as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO ) and Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), studying infants using diffuse correlation spectroscopy (DCS) and electroencephalography (EEG). I also worked as a researcher at the Flemish Institute of Technology (VITO), focusing on innovative analysis and FAIR data. I enjoy the challenge of research and the achievement of discovery.
